Rules & Safety

Safety is our priority

It’s only fun when it’s safe. We use professional equipment, perform an annual inspection, and before the routes you’ll go through a short training route, so you know exactly how to use the gear and how to pass the obstacles.

1) Before you start

All participants attend a safety briefing and complete a short training route. The goal is to get comfortable with the equipment and movement rules.

  • We gear you up with professional equipment (including a helmet and safety system).
  • Listen to and follow staff instructions before and during the activity.
  • You can’t enter the routes without completing the briefing / training test.
  • Check that the gear is correctly fitted (with staff assistance).
Important: if anything is unclear, ask before starting. Safety matters more than speed.

2) Rules while on the route

For a safe experience, we keep good discipline on the routes and follow the order. Don’t force obstacles.

  • Keep a safe distance from the person ahead (don’t crowd platforms).
  • Do not detach or modify the equipment (carabiners, straps, etc.).
  • No running on platforms and no jumping off elements.
  • No pushing, pulling cables/elements, or doing “tricks”.
  • Follow the marked route and signs (where present).
  • If you stop or feel anxious: tell the staff immediately.

3) Inspections & maintenance

For safe operation, the park has an annual inspection, and the equipment is checked and maintained regularly.

  • Annual park inspection (according to the operator’s maintenance plan).
  • Regular equipment checks; any non-compliant gear is removed from use.
  • Route access may be temporarily stopped in bad weather or for technical reasons.
Weather: heavy rain, storms, or strong winds may restrict/stop the activity for safety.

4) Kids, groups, personal conditions

Minors should be supervised and follow staff instructions strictly. For groups (schools, trips, team building) we set clear organization rules.

  • Minors access routes according to park rules and under staff guidance / with supervisors.
  • If you have fear of heights, medical conditions, or feel unwell, tell us before entering.
  • We recommend avoiding alcohol before the activity.
  • Recommended footwear: sport/trekking shoes (no flip-flops/slippers).

Frequently asked questions

If you’re unsure before coming, check the answers below. Anytime, you can message us on WhatsApp.

What if I get scared on the route?

Stop, breathe, and notify staff. We guide you step by step or help you exit safely. We never force you to continue.

Can I start directly on a difficult route?

Not recommended. We begin with the briefing and the short training route, then we choose the right level together, based on age and comfort.

What happens in bad weather?

Please follow staff decisions. In heavy rain/storms/strong wind, the activity may stop. In those cases, we’ll find a solution (a break or rescheduling, as appropriate).
